March Madness: Psych vs. Castle

After weeks of voting, it is down to the final match! Whenever I mentioned the Psych versus Community matchup, people groaned about making the choice, and the buzz made it my most-viewed post ever within a week! 163 brave souls made a decision, and Psych won, 91 to 72. Castle’s victory over Warehouse 13 was easier, as the SyFy show only managed to garner 4 votes.

And now, lovable rogue Nathan Fillion, who really is ruggedly handsome (and who is celebrating his birthday by raising money for charity: water Рdonate now!), along with the beautiful Stana Katic and the rest of the cast of Castle, goes up against the kings of comedy and 80s pop culture, the unstoppable James Roday and the smooth Dul̩ Hill. Shawn and Gus. Castle and Beckett. Which team do you want on your side?

  2. Castle, always. I love the show. I can afford to miss one or two episodes of Psych but it breaks my heart if I go without Castle.

  4. Is this even a question?!?!?! PSYCH ALL THE WAY! Lighthearted, hilarious, and appropriate for (almost) all ages. The connection within the cast is beautiful, the dynamic duo are fantastic, and I think it’s safe to say Roday is an absolute comic genius. Been a fan since season 1 when I was about 8 years old and will be a fan till I die. PSYCH BABY! You know that’s right.

  12. This is a really hard choice – I love both of them, but Psych is so refreshing wacky and off the cuff I think I would have to pick Psych.

  28. Castle, without a shadow of a doubt. Psych is good… but nothing makes me cry, laugh or scream in frustration at my tv set the way Castle does.

  29. Hard choice? Not 😉 Gotta be Castle. Nothing makes my week more than watching an episode (discounting last night’s depressing episode.) Love it though. Particularly one Miss Lanie Parish.

  32. What else? Castle. Best procedural on the box. Everything crossed for a 5th season because I don’t know that I can live without my weekly dose.

  33. Personally I adore Castle. It never fails to make me smile. Even when an episode is really heavy, they still find a way to slip in that humour!

  36. Castle by a landslide. Every episode is packed with drama, humour and this season has been an all time high in my opinion. I love it!
